1. Register Your Return

Please contact us at support@novaystudio.com or use Whatsapp Support +1 (310) 5977282. You will need to provide your order number and email address. Please ensure the following:

• The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way
• The return is made within 14 days of delivery

2. Ship Your Items

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using DHL for shipping. Send the package to the following address:

3. Get Your Refund

Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank to process the refund.
